Large Extension, Alterations and Full Refurbishment

Cliff Road was a large extension, alterations and full refurbishment of a four-bedroomed property on the beautiful east coast. The Architect and Clients were very exact in their requirement for quality, programming and a pro-active approach to the design and finish. The project was completed over a nine-month period, with all windows and doors being changed to Aluminium, new oak staircase, new flooring on both floors, new doors throughout, a wet-room formed on the ground floor, new kitchen, patio area, large driveway, detached garage and auto gates. We completed the project within budget and on-time with the Client and Architect being immensely proud of the project – a real ‘team’ effort!
